Simply Timeless Photography by Arnell C Magtira is located in Salinas, CA.  Arnell is an avid photo-shooter since his high school years and yet with his passion for drawing and painting , following his dad's calling, really has prepared him for this colorful career. Having earned a degree in Electronics Engineering , he still pursued further education in Photography in a community college . He enriched himself furthermore through home study program hosted by New York Institute of Photography. Arnell attended numerous seminars by top-notch photographers to keep abreast with the latest technology and techniques available.

Arnell and his wife, Lele, also own a successful and well-known chinese restaurant in Monterey County. They have been running the Chinese Pavilion Restaurant in Salinas for 15 years now!  Arnell uses the Chinese Pavilion Restaurant as his gallery to show his fine art works to the public.
